Shipping Costs:

We work with a range of couriers across the UK and Ireland to deliver Art Materials, Canvases and Stretcher Frames.

At checkout you have a choice of Free Collection, Standard Delivery (Art materials / Canvases up to 1m / Stretchers up to 2m) and Large Delivery (Canvases over 1m / Stretchers over 2m).

Additional Shipping Costs:

In rare circumstances, we may contact you before completing your order if the actual cost of delivery is significantly higher than the flat rate options listed on our website. These flat rate charges rarely cover the actual cost but we absorb the additional costs as much as possible.

In all cases you will be contacted prior to shipping to obtain your consent for additional charges should they be necessary.

Shipping and Insurance:

Shipping costs are based on the size and weight of your order and its delivery destination.

Delivery cost includes total loss insurance (i.e. non delivery or lost shipment) Damaged deliveries must be declared at the time of receipt to the courier and the delivery slip signed “Damaged Goods” The purchaser agrees to pay the shipping costs including return shipment fee if for any reason delivery is refused at the delivery address. The purchaser agrees to pay any additional import or customs duty if required by the customs officials of the country into which the purchaser has requested delivery.

Refunds and Cancelled Orders
The supplier agrees to a complete refund less shipping and packaging costs within 14 days providing that the purchaser returns at their expense unopened and in new condition to the supplier any goods received from the supplier.

Please note this covers stock items only and does not apply to bespoke products manufactured to specific requirements and dimensions. If returned these will be subject to a 50% handling charge.

We routinely deliver to Northern Ireland, Ireland and Great Britian. For orders outside these areas please contact us, we have experience delivering across the globe but prices vary greatly.
